The ingredients needed to cook Marinated bonito:
- Get 1 of bonito or other fish cut into slices or fillets.
- Take 1 glass of olive oil.
- Take 1/2 glass of apple vinagre.
- Provide 1/2 glass of white wine.
- Get 2 of cardamoms.
- You need 2 of bayleaves.
- Prepare of Salt and pepper.
- You need 1 of clove.

Steps to make Marinated bonito:
- Wash and pat dry the bonito slices and sprinkle both sides with salt. Get the ingredients together and warm a dash of olive oil in a largish pan.
