The ingredients needed to cook Hot Tofu (Yudōfu):
- You need of ‘Momen’ Tofu *medium soft type, cut into large pieces.
- Provide of Water.
- You need of Kombu (Kelp) *optional.
- Prepare of <Sauce>.
- Prepare of Soy Sauce.
- Get of Mirin.
- Get of Sake (Rice Wine).
- Take of Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes).
- Use of Spring Onion *finely chopped.
